Careers for the Common Good

The Office of Academic Service-Learning will host a panel discussion about careers in the nonprofit sector as part of its Careers for the Common Good series on Monday, March 4, from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. in the Alumni Lounge in Bartels Hall. Panelists will include:

-    UNH President Steve Kaplan
-    Kellyann Day of New Haven Home Recovery
-    Stephen Cremin-Endes of Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven
-    Janis Astor del Valle of Youth Rights Media
-    Johanna Krebs of Mothers Against Drunk Driving

Panelists will share their experiences in the nonprofit sector and give students tips and strategies on how they can pursue nonprofit careers.

A question and answer session will follow the panel discussion. Refreshments will be provided and students can enter into a drawing for a Kindle Fire.
