Academic Facilities Planning Meeting Set for March 9

UNH’s Facilities Planning Committee (FPC) will host an overview presentation on Wednesday, March 9, titled “The Next Five Years: Including the New Academic Building.” The program begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Alumni Lounge in Bartels Hall.

The committee’s charge is to advise the president about projects and assignments related to space use, planning and capital projects. All facilities and space requests, regardless of urgency, cost or funding source, must be submitted to the FPC for review.

The FPC has adopted policies, guidelines and practices for directing its work that correspond to best practices for facilities and space. It has undertaken both short-term and long-term planning to serve the University’s needs.
