Rebecca Sola ’20 described her college search as “easy and painless.”

"I visited UNH for the first time in January 2015 and immediately fell in love with the school,” she said.

She first heard about UNH through a friend who was already enrolled in the criminal justice program. “The campus is so beautiful, and I always felt very comfortable whenever I visited,” she said.

She will major in hospitality and tourism management program, and her goal is to one day open her own wedding planning business.

“After listening to presentations from the College of Business professors, I knew this school would lead me to future success in the world of business,” she said. “At that point, UNH became my number one choice.”

She said she is looking forward to officially becoming a member of the UNH community this fall.

“I can't wait to start studying something that I love,” she said. “I can't wait until I have a dorm with an amazing roommate. I can't wait for all the sporting events because I love to show support for my school. And I'm excited to be on my own. For the first time, I'm going to have to do everything on my own, and I can't wait.”

This is the fourth in a series that will welcome some of UNH’s newest students in the Class of 2020 who will join the UNH community in the fall. Read the first, second and third spotlights.
